From order to installation will take approximately 4 weeks. The actual install will normally take around 2-3 hours.

Yes we have several different types of valences available. The awning itself is retractable so it can be cleaned at the stored away in the months you are not using your awning.

The cassette is powder coated aluminium so it can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The fabric can be cleaned periodically by hosing it down and ensuring dirt doesn’t become ingrained. We have 191 colours to choose from in the colour section of this website.

In most cases we can locate a spare socket in your property. Once the awning is installed we would drill a small hole in the wall and feed the power wire through and connect it with a standard 13 amp plug.

No, we only offer supply with installation.

No, we are unable to re-cover existing awnings.

The awning fabric is showerproof and can be used in light rain. We don’t recommend using it in wet or windy conditions. If it does get wet, always roll the canopy out the following day and let the fabric dry out completely.  Awnings are a sun protector and not a rain or wind shelter.

All workmanship comes with a 3-year warranty in addition to the 5-year warranty the manufacture provides for the motors, fabric and arms.

Full cassette awnings ensure longevity as all moving parts are protected when not in use. Generally this means around 10-15 year’s use. After this, you may may find you want to have it re-covered to look like new.

All prices quoted are subject to a final survey being completed on site. Payment of 50% of the full cost must be made in order to secure the order, whereby a final survey will be completed, and awning ordered.  Full payment is due no later than 5 working days before installation date.  Payment made by credit or debit card will incur a 2.75% charge. This will be waived from the deposit only, if paid at the same time the final survey is completed.
