This huge Weinor Opal awning was installed for one of our clients in Chichester, West Sussex. The awning needed to shade large bifold doors with a low roofline. As it wasn’t possible to create a centre fixing, we custom made a stainless steel frame with gutter brackets to support the awning. The frame is attached to the walls on either side of the awning with long vertical brackets to ensure it is sturdy and safe. At 6.5 metres wide and with a projection of 4 metres, this is the largest awning we do from Weinor, and it has a substantial area of coverage of 26 metres squared. The awning cassette and frame was colour matched to the property’s external cladding and the fabric is a lovely soft grey.

We use high-quality awning brackets that are specifically designed to hold awnings and use trustworthy metal fabricators with over 60 years of experience. Every bracket is custom made to the exact dimensions of your awning and comes in either mild steel or stainless steel and can be colour matched to any RAL colour.
